Hoy estrenamos un nuevo apartados MIS RECETITAS ,,,, y para empezar, aquí os dejo la primera receta

BIZCOCHO DE CACAO (Para los mas golosillos)

INGREDIENTES

200G DE HARINA

200G DE CACAO

150G DE AZUCAR

150 G DE MANTEQUILLA

150 ML DE LECHE

4 HUEVOS

3C DE LEVADURA.

PRECALENTAR EL HORNO A 170º

MODO DE REALIZACIÓN

1.- Poner en un bol, el azúcar, la mantequilla y los huevos , mezclar hasta que se trasforme en una masa homogénea.

2.- Seguidamente vamos incorporando poco a poco la harina y el cacao (que previamente estará tamizada junto con la levadura), y poco a poco incorporaremos la leche poquito a poquito.

3.- Una vez que la mezcla está homogénea, la pasaremos a un molde previamente engrasado y lo llevaremos al horno unos 60min .

Revisar el bizcocho de vez en cuando, ya que cada horno trabaja de una forma diferente y se nos podría quemar..

Una vez que esta hecho, sacaremos el bizcocho y lo dejaremos enfriar en una rejilla....

Seguidamente solo falta rellenarlo y a comerrrrrrr,..
